About the event
One zone, many traditions
The Inter Regional Cultural Competitions bring together FCI employees from across South Zone for two days of singing, instrumental music, dance and theatre. Beyond the prizes, IRCC is a chance for colleagues from different regions to meet, perform and celebrate the cultural richness of South India.
IRCC 2026-27 is hosted by the Regional Office, Andhra Pradesh and organised by the Divisional Office, Vijayawada, which has made every arrangement for the two days in Vijayawada. This site carries everything teams need — the programme, event rules, team lists and venue details — and will be updated as arrangements are finalised.

IRCC 2026-27 is held under the aegis of the Regional Office, Andhra Pradesh, which represents FCI across the state and welcomes the South Zone contingents to Vijayawada.

The Divisional Office, Vijayawada has had the privilege of making the arrangements for the competitions — the venue, stage and sound, hospitality and accommodation, transport, reception and the programme — with the support and guidance of the Regional Office.
