The event

What is IRCC?

Every year, the regions of Food Corporation of India South Zone come together for the Inter Regional Cultural Competitions, conducted under the Zonal Sports & Cultural Promotion Committee (South) — a platform where employees showcase their talent in singing, instrumental music, dance and theatre, and where colleagues from across the zone meet as one FCI family. Winners of the Hindi play and dance events go on to represent South Zone at the All India FCI Inter Zonal Cultural Competition.

Hosting rotates between regions. For 2026-27 the honour rests with the Andhra Pradesh Region, and the competitions will be held in Vijayawada on 7 – 8 September 2026. Teams from every South Zone region and the Zonal Office will participate.

Details about previous editions and the rolling trophy will be added here.
